Located on the hillsides overlooking the right bank of the Garonne, 20 km from Bordeaux, the Priory of Sainte-Anne is part of the Protected Designation of Origin Cadillac Côtes de Bordeaux. This appellation covers an area of 60 km along the river from Bordeaux to Langon and was formerly called Premières Côtes de Bordeaux.
On a clayey-gravelly hilltop, the Priory benefits from a remarkably drained subsoil. Superbly facing south, it is exposed to the warm rays of the summer sun. The property of approximately 4.5 hectares is planted with 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon.
